Good to know

A few things worth knowing

Does every client have to count macros?

No. A client can record a meal with a photo and a note when detailed food tracking is not the right approach. A photo alone is not a verified nutrient measurement.

How does food logging relate to a meal plan?

The meal plan is what you assigned. The food log is what your client records as eaten. Review them together without treating a planned meal as proof it was consumed. Explore the meal-plan builder.

Can I use nutrition with training and check-ins?

Yes. Nutrition sits alongside workout programs, check-ins and progress, and coach messages in the same client experience.

Better context. More connected coaching.
